About the Author: Jaideep Lele currently works in Infosys. He served in the Indian Army and took premature retirement from the Services as a Lieutenant Colonel in the year 2010. He is an Alumni of the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, Pune. He has done his BE (Mech), PGDBM from Symbiosis, Pune and full time management course from IIM Bangalore. He is a mountaineer and summitted Panchchuli-1 peak having a height of 20790 feet in the year 1998. He worked in Telecom sector and then a PSU also. He is Gold Medalist in Engineering. His hobbies include studying and investing in the Stock market. He studies spirituality and writes on the subject.
