This book provides an insight into genotyping of XRCC3 gene, a key DNA repair gene in gastric cancer. This book is all about the methods of genotyping of XRCC3 gene in gastric cancer. This book incorporates latest information regarding epidemiology of gastric cancer and includes many topics, ranging from cancer, incidence, DNA damage and repair, XRCC3 gene, polymorphism and genotyping. This book is written in lucid style to help readers in greatest possible way, so as to give readers a conceptual framework for the mass of information that we now have about the gastric cancer, XRCC3 gene and genotyping technique i.e. molecular diagnostics. This book brings internationally accepted methodology and standard protocols for genotyping, which is a diagnostic tool in patient care and research as separate chapter for the researchers and technologists. This book is especially helpful to medical, biochemistry, genetics, and biological sciences students in under graduate /post graduate and PhD/DM courses and training Programmes.
