A National Identity (NID) number serves as the basis for the development of any country. In the modern era, the development of the country cannot be done without the strength of the information system. The stronger the NID, the more comfortable it is to implement plans and projects in that country. NID gives individuals an opportunity to communicate better with their government and get recognition by their government and gives governments the opportunity to change the lives of their citizens. In whose importance, proper and effective policy and planning can be made by the government. To analyze the effects of NID, data from seven countries - Brazil, China, Ethiopia, India, Nigeria, United Kingdom and the United States - have been taken and what effect NID has on their economy. It is also shown. If NID is used properly in the above seven countries, there may be a strong possibility of 3 to 13% GDP growth in the country in the year 2030.

In 2008, the Unique Identification (UID) letter (Aadhaar card) was adopted and implemented by the Government of India. The target of allocating approximately 92% (125 crore) UID numbers by 2020 is proposed by the Government of India. This is a significant achievement for any developing country. When we have allocated such a number of UIDs, the integration of services using it can make its originality worthwhile. It can greatly benefit the common man by providing online facility in various fields.

The main objective of this book is to provide the National Identification Code (NIC) number using the details of UID card holders and new users in India, using the integration of services from different regions on the same portal. So that information of any citizen such as PAN card number, family details, voter ID card, health record, land and property details, efficiency and profession, income etc. The Government of India should keep these data secure and which can be used by the government to provide facilities to the common people.

The theme of this book describes how clusters can be used in the NIC system along with a description of the current problems under the current circumstances. A "finger vein recognition system" is also described for further protection. The book is divided into four parts - Design, Implementation, Safety and Ethics. The UML model has been used for design, implementation of services integration and how to protect data, explained all types of security tools for NICs and finally explained the ethics has gone.

Finally, it can be said that the implementation of NIC in a developing country like India can lead to a qualitative growth in its economy.
