Phati Jeb Kaa Kurta Aur Anyaa Kahaania

I wrote these stories over a long period of time. They depict diverse moods, diverse themes, and the suffering of both humans and mute animals with profound sensitivity and subtlety. While "Nayi Kameez" speaks of a helpless and resourceless childhood, "Ram Manohar Ki Awaaz" and "Visthapan" depict the insensitivity of the system. Similarly, "Torn Pocket Kurta" and "Sankalp" speak of the struggles of a lower-middle-class individual. "Sunku," "Maunalaap," and "Niyati" depict the emotions and destinies of mute animals. Similarly, "Andolan" and "Peeda" highlight the hollowness of human relationships, highlighting the loneliness within the relationships of a person suffering from grief.

Similarly, other stories also express the subtle feelings of the human mind. "Dogs," "Bajuji," and "Dukhiyariyaan" express the nuances of human relationships and present their truths before us. There are other similar stories. When it comes to happiness and sorrow, there's no discrimination between living beings. All living beings experience emotions and joys and sorrows equally. Because they all share the same divine essence, the difference is only in the expression. Animals are mute; they cannot express their pain, joy, or sensitivity verbally. However, their eyes reveal everything.

Ultimately, all the stories—"Resolution," "Kurta with Torn Pockets," "Ram Manohar's Voice," "Movement," "Dukhiyariyaan," "New Shirt," "Displacement," and "Bajuji"—are tales of ordinary human beings' joys and sorrows and their struggles with them. They depict their own emotions and struggles.

Similarly, stories like "Cycle", "Neighbourhood", "Anmol Sikka" etc. psychologically express the depths of the human mind and the mental states arising from it, their inner conflict and the struggle to get out of all this.
