The book is comprised of variety poems:experimental, inspirational, current issues of society and some are imputed to my personal life experience. But the theme of mysticism has haunted my imagination from the word go and is monarchal.Where there is reality, there is spiritualism.'A ballad of Marauder' is an instance of such notion. In this poem saint selected a robber as his disciple instead of others who remained in his service for long spell. They didn't apply his teachings to their life as they were regular listener of sermons. And more, saint with the help of third eye was well aware of their inwardness and outwardness. Gist of his teachings was 'always speak the truth'.But a Marauder who never attended a single sermon of saint's preachings admitted from his mouth that he is robber. And he was not sentient of reality that he was going to steal the horse of a saint.
Automatically saint's power penetrated through his body when he said, preach the sermons of spiritual treasure 'and he left marauding as angelic power began to work within his body. He was a precisian robber.Robber was not omniscient like saint that he would be chosen as a disciple. He could have run away when no achievement was on his part and could have been sentenced to death for that crime.
The poem tells the very idea to have contact with God ensuing such rules. No thief admits from his mouth that he is a thief whereas covers his faults.
One sidedness, firm determination are the part and parcel of spirituality.
