  • ₹ 250.00

"Progrès de la Planète" is a collection of flash fiction stories written for children with the basic French language as the target audience. Seventeen flash fiction stories are drafted to create an image to the reader of why, how and what Sustainable Development Goals have an impact on our day-to-day life. With my creative vision, I have drafted stories that represent how local actions will have a global impact on achieving sustainable development goals.

As per the quote "I write to discover what I know." said by Flannery O'Connor, a famous English short story writer, I wanted to explore my French literary skill through this flash fiction story collection.

About the Author: Ruhee Quraishy is a 15-year-old based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. She is currently studying Grade 10 at Hiranandani Upscale School International. She started learning French in Grade 4. The learning process made her inclined towards the French language to explore her literary skills and draft a flash fiction story collection.

She wanted to create her story collection that could be read by the audience with basic French knowledge. Hence, she has drafted stories that are all based in Pondicherry, India (a French colonial settlement in India). Ruhee has drafted each flash fiction story with a target to link the local action taken anywhere at a household level which has a global impact of achieving each sustainable development goal.
