A Strange Case of Flesh and Bones

  • ₹ 150.00

The poems in the book are interlinked and propelling the narratives. The book is not just a rich container of words and experiences but also the chronicles of many people’s lives. It contains and, in fact, furnishes words to the unvoiced bodies which are underdogs and unsung. The interclass romance and body politics constitute the soul of this book. Vivid narration of mundane life struggles of today’s youth with body and to body clasps us.

Criticism of prejudiced, capitalised and fleshly judgement of popular culture is targeted to normalize the marginal bodies and set stereotypes of them. Various kinds of bodies participate in the discourse on body-shaming and excessive capitalization. Gothic elements and imitative youth hold the intensity of the poetic account. The idea of masculinity and femininity of today’s contexts are condemned as They burden delicate youth psyches and lead them to the wrongful blunders.
