Bandra Tales
A struggling young actor looking to find his way in the world, a young woman fighting her developing feelings for a co-worker, a devoted priest who never expected an old friend to come back into his life; these are stories which do not need to take place in fictional universes. They take place among us; in the grand house next door, in the offices we frequent everyday, in the shops we stop by to gather our groceries on our way home.
‘Bandra Tales’ is a collection of short stories exactly like that; the stories which are rarely ever told, as they seem perfectly mundane, although they hide a great deal of depth behind them. Join our cast of Bandra residents as they navigate their lives and go about their days, revealing who they are, who they love, and who they wish to be in the process.
From a young precocious child to a tortured old spirit forever lying in wait, every story has something to say about each person who we pass by whilst walking in the neighbourhood everyday.
