About the Author: Dr Himangshu Kalita is Assistant Professor in Economics at Dispur College, Guwahati Assam with 20 years of experience in teaching in UG level in Arts, Commerce and Business Administration. He holds MA in Economics from University of Pune and M.Phil from Madurai Kamaraj University and PhD from Gauhati University. He is actively engage in research activities. Dr Kalita specialized in Mathematical Economics and Rural Development and is responsible for educating the community by giving dedicated service. He has published number of research paper in edited book, conference volumes and attended number of national and international level seminar. Dr Kalita is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
