About the Author: Anmol has completed Post Graduation (Health Psychology) from Ravenshaw University in 2018 and completed BA (Psychology) from Ravenshaw University in 2016. He was awarded the University gold medal for scoring Top rank in Post-Graduation in 2018. He has received JRF Award for Psychology in 2018.
The author has attended Seminar on"Building Motivation for substance Free Life", and "Overcoming Drug Addiction" at National Institute of Mental Health & Neuro Sciences, NIMHANS in February 2017. The author interest areas include applications of psychological principals to the existing problems in various spheres of the community.
