Virupakshi hails from Harihara, a small city in the district of Davanagere, Karnataka. A software engineer by profession, he completed his engineering from GMIT, Davanagere.

He has over twelve years of experience in the IT industry and has worked for start-ups, mid-size and MNCs too, spanning across various domains. He has a brief stint as an entrepreneur as well, gaining immense experience along the entrepreneurial journey.
