About the Author: The author Dr. Gugulothu Srinu, works as Asst Professor at the Department of Public Administration and Policy Studies, the Central University of Kerala in Periye, Kasaragod, Kerala. He earned his Master of Arts degree in Public Administration in 2008. He obtained a doctorate in Public Administration at Osmania University, Hyderabad, in 2014. The University Grant Commission gave the esteemed Post-Doctoral Fellowship award for the academic year of 2014-2015. In addition, while working on his doctorate, the University Grants Commission honoured him with a National Fellowship. He is the author of Administrative thought book and various publications published in national and international journals and has delivered papers at conferences held on a national and international level.
