The environment and international trade are essential parts of the earth for shaping a green community of the world. About the Author: DR MD HABIB ALAM (Barrister-at-Law, UK) (Malaviya Post-Doctoral Fellowship-in-Law, BHU, India) completed a PhD in Law at the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2018. In 2012, he was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Barrister-at-Law) by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, UK. He is considered as non-practising Barrister at the Bar of England and Wales. DR MD HABIB ALAM (Barrister-at-Law, UK) also served as a lecturer (Sr. Level) from June 2021 to September 2022 at the Department of Law, Green University of Bangladesh. Currently, he is working as a Malaviya Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the faculty of law, Banaras Hindu University, India.

He completed Masters in Law (LLM) (Part-Time) specialised on CISG and WTO at the Nottingham Trent University, UK in 2020 with mark range High Commendation ( 67-69%).
