The Role of The USA and The UK in Shaping the Future Green World
The environment and international trade are essential parts of the earth for shaping a green community of the world. Environment and international trade issues may be checked and balanced through different rules and regulations along with different policies and measures (i.e., complying with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals). These laws and guidelines are within the sphere of environmental and international trade laws. Like all other nations, the USA and the UK have also considered different updated policies and guidelines to build up a good environment and international trade management mechanisms. Environmental Management System (EMS) and different trade measures may be adopted by different states to fulfil the required goal of building a green environment. This book will enlighten the readers on how different tactics (i.e. policies, guidelines, rules and regulations, etc.) of the USA and the UK may be implemented by different nations for shaping a future green environment.
About the Author: DR MD HABIB ALAM (Barrister-at-Law, UK) (Malaviya Post-Doctoral Fellowship-in-Law, BHU, India) completed a PhD in Law at the National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2018. In 2012, he was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Barrister-at-Law) by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, UK. He is considered as non-practising Barrister at the Bar of England and Wales. DR MD HABIB ALAM (Barrister-at-Law, UK) also served as a lecturer (Sr. Level) from June 2021 to September 2022 at the Department of Law, Green University of Bangladesh. Currently, he is working as a Malaviya Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the faculty of law, Banaras Hindu University, India.
He completed Masters in Law (LLM) (Part-Time) specialised on CISG and WTO at the Nottingham Trent University, UK in 2020 with mark range High Commendation ( 67-69%). In 2013, he earned Masters in Law (LLM) from Dhaka International University, Bangladesh. In 2012, He did Post Graduate Diploma in Bar Vocational Course (PgDipBVC) (Full-Time) from the Northumbria University, UK. In 2009, he completed LLB(Honours) (Full-Time) from the Northumbria University, UK. In 2006, he completed Edexcel Advanced Level Law ("A" Level Law) from the British Council, UK. In 2005, he passed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in English Medium from Rajuk Uttara Model School and College. In 2003, he passed Secondary Certificate (SSC) in English Medium from Rajuk Uttara Model School and College.
