Ayana had a barbarian and illiterate civilization pre and post-independence era. In this environment of illiteracy ’where if education was silver, illiteracy was gold. In such circumstances, a poor boy ‘Man” established wonderful achievements in education right from his Primaries to Junior high school and High school and Intermediate education securing top position in these Institutions.
This is not the end, he took the name and fame of Ayana to Allahabad University, where also he was successful in obtaining positions in university education of B. Sc. And M.Sc. (Physics) Electronics. Later in spite of facing strong economic crunch, he was successful in getting through in written competitive examinations, once in IAS 1973, 5 times in UP PCS, 3 times in Sales Tax Officers Examination and 2 times in MP PSC examination Bhopal and many others but he was always rejected after Interview.
The time changed and he was selected as Inspector Control in BNP Dewas after qualifying in written and interview. Thereafter, Mother Nature gave an opportunity for getting selected as class 1 Geophysicist(S) in both written and interview through All India Competition conducted by ONGC. This is also one of the best achievements to ‘Man’ hailing from backward Village like Ayana. From here he took Ayana to Houston USA in 1986.
