About the Author: Dr. A. Apsara Saleth Mary is currently Faculty in the Centre for Tourism and Hotel Management, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai. She has two postgraduate degrees one in Tourism Management and another in Hotel Management. Her Doctoral Degree is in Tourism Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, and cleared UGC-NET Exam in Tourism Management and Administration. She has eighteen years of teaching experience and two years of service industry experience. Dr. A. Apsara Saleth Mary, has published more than fifty research papers in various international, national journals, edited books, and conference proceedings. Her area of interest is in tourism and hospitality management. She is a member of various professional bodies.
