About the Author: Dr. Dipneet Saini holds the degree of Ph.D. Management awarded by Punjabi University, Patiala in 2021. She completed her post-graduation – MBA with specialization Human Resource Management (HRM) and graduation – B.Tech (Biotechnology) from Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab. She has an experience of 5 years in the education industry. In addition to this, she has presented her research work in national and international conferences. She has also published her research papers in various reputed journals. Her area of interest are Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Change Management, Emotional Labour, and related concepts.

Dr. Manjeet Singh (Associate Professor) is currently heading the PG department of Commerce and Business Management at SGTB Khalsa College, Sri Anandpur Sahib (Ropar). He was awarded with a Ph.D. degree in Commerce (Finance) from MDS University, Ajmer in 2010. With an experience of 30 years in teaching, he has published multiple research papers in UGC-care listed and international journals. He has also presented his research work in varied national and international conferences. Apart from this, he has authored 8 books. He was also awarded with “Best Teaching Award” in Asian Education Awards 2021.
