About the Author: Shelley Mishra is currently pursuing her studies in Neuroscience (Hons.) at the University of Iowa.

She completed high school at Loreto Convent School, Shimla, in 2022.

Her first book ‘World of Imagination’ was published in 2017 and was reviewed in ‘The Statesman.’ She was also interviewed by ‘Punjab Kesari’ upon publishing the book. Her poems have been featured in the ‘My Corner’ section of ‘The Tribune’. She conducted a poetry workshop with budding writers at ‘Schoolkutti’, and the author reading of ‘World of Imagination’ was conducted at ‘The Reading Room’ in Thiruvananthapuram. Her second book ‘The Fear That Freed Me’, was published in 2019.
