This is the story of a young man named Vijay and a young woman named Gauri, who are deeply in love. But due to the pressure of her family, she sacrifices her love and marries the man chosen by her parents. She promises her parents that she will follow her husband's Patni-dharma (wifely duty).

But destiny wanted to test her Patni-dharma. Her husband is diagnosed with an incurable disease. Being a scientist, her lover helps her to cure her husband. In this way, he does sone the utmost sacrifices and ultimately gives his own life for the happiness of his love.

This is the story of a man's love and sacrifice, as well as a woman who sacrifices her love and follows her Patni-dharma.
