JSW Corporate Values are Compassion, Commitment, Agility, Courage and Colloboration, was launched in the year 2023. These corporate values were tried to be understood with different life events of the author and centred around the Challenger Trophy-24, a gala sporting event at JSW. Besides these values, three more concepts were added such as Passion, Patience and Strategy. Under Passion head, the author's history of basketball journey is given and under patience head the author's Kabbaddi journey is given.
