About the Author: C.S.Nag has a proven background in the media having worked for over 30 years in the print, television and film industries in India, Arabian Gulf and United States where he was educated and has lived for 15 years. A graduate of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism & Telecommunication he has established a growing reputation as a writer and filmmaker. He has two books to his credit: “Spark in the Dark” on the saga of a sight impaired artist and “He Said It!” the fictionalized story of India’s most popular cartoon icon. As a filmmaker he is best known for his creative short on sitar maestro Ravi Shankar, his animation of the cartoon character “The Common Man” and his contribution as assistant to such established filmmakers as Dev Anand and John Landau. “The Road to Dev” is Nag’s inspiring story of how a small village recovers from a catastrophic earthquake to reclaim its heritage.
