Tribal World of Dangaan is a translation in English of the Daangan language book Raab by Dr Sanjay Lohakare, a renowned tribal author. Ten out of fifteen stories have been translated. The present title in English has been changed since these stories provide a cultural view of the Mahadeo Koli community sprawling on the northern regions of Maharashtra and the southern regions of Gujarat.

About the Author: Dr Durgesh Vitthal Borse works as an Assistant Professor in English at the Government Vidarbha Institute of Science and Humanities, Amravati. He translated and published the short stories of George Louis Borges, a Latin American writer in Marathi. He translated Intellectual Property a course book of IIT Madras for an online course.
