About the Author: Ranjana Rebelo Monteiro is an established writer and author of “Poetic Wordscapes”.
With a basic degree in chemistry, she obtained a MMS (Master’s in Management Studies) from the University of Mumbai. Besides, she is a culinary expert who has undergone a Housewife’s Cookery Course from The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai. Several other courses on baking and cake decoration have added to her skills. Ranjana has been influenced by the cosmopolitan nature of Mumbai city and her travels both across India and abroad. This is also reflected in her cooking, which is eclectic in nature.
