Subsequently, Sujata embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, Career Forum Ltd., aimed at delivering critical career defining training and competency assessment services to Indian students. This endeavour evolved into a formidable educational brand which spread over the length and breadth of the country. Additionally, she served as a founding director of Calibre Mindware Programming Pvt Ltd.

Having retired from business in 2019, Sujata now indulges in her interests of reading, writing, and traveling.
