This book is an empirical research book where TQM practices are studied against customer focus, training and education, teamwork, and organizational culture from a Nepalese perspective. The employees' related attitudes are employees' job involvement and employees' job satisfaction. The study is required because the previous studies did not use the impact of TQM practices on employees' job involvement and job satisfaction in Nepalese manufacturing industries. The study has adopted a descriptive and causal-comparative research design. The primary data has been collected using structured questionnaires from the respondents (384 usable) from the manufacturing industries in Nepal. The study concludes that there is satisfactory use of TQM practices in Nepalese manufacturing industries. TQM practices encourage employees' participation, promote empowerment, recognize that employees play an important role in achieving the organization's objectives, and treat employees as primary resources.
