While some of these poetic compositions might appear to be outrageously blasphemous & disrespectful at the first sight but at their very core, they are brimming with boundless love and respect for the Almighty ( here called Father). The soul considers itself an integral part of the Supreme Being, and its feeling of closeness & intimacy with Him emboldens it to say things which sound inappropriate-- viz. His helplessness and inability to do things beyond some limits. With the innocence of a toddler it also charges Him with being unduly affectionate and forgiving towards it. Far from being disrespectful, these poems describe the soul’s close bond and an unquestionable faith in Him. The other compositions here are on miscellaneous topics—away from the world of divinity.
