About the Author: K M Chandrashekaran has always been fond of reading and could be frequently found browsing at libraries in Bangalore in his youth. He holds qualifications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He is the co-founder of Yoga Alliance International, the first world-wide Indian certification organisation for Yoga schools, and is the author of Yogatma - the spirit of Yoga.
