About the Author: Born as a food lover, I take absolute delight in eating tasty, vegan food from all parts of the world. Coming from Tirunelveli District, I present here dishes from my native, Tirunelveli. I learnt most dishes from my mother who learnt from her mother who learnt from her mother and so on. As Iyers, our food does not contain garlic but I learnt and have introduced garlic to numerous dishes.
